Moon Juice - Ordering & Delivery

Moon Juice offers in-store pickup and local delivery as well as national shipping. We're also able to accommodate select international orders. Please read below for full details and information.

In Store Pick-Up & Local Delivery

Select your store and start date at checkout and your order will be delivered to your selected shop location. Orders are available for pick-up anytime during store hours.

All orders must be placed by 10:30am PST for next day delivery. You will be able to choose your delivery date at checkout. We deliver Monday - Saturday. Deliveries are not available on Sundays. Deliveries will arrive at your doorstep between 7:00am-1:00pm. We will call you when we arrive with your delivery. If you miss our call, we will text you a photo of your juice in waiting. Please refrigerate your juices, milks, tonics, shots and perishable snacks immediately. We happily waive any delivery fees for orders $45 and above. For orders that do not meet $45, a $15 delivery fee will be charged. We do not deliver on holidays or the day after holidays. No cancellation within 24 hours of receipt for all local deliveries and in store pick-ups.


For optimal freshness and spatial convenience, cleanses are delivered every 2 days as follows:

1 day cleanse // 1 delivery
3 day cleanse // 2 deliveries: Day 1, Day 3
5 day cleanse // 3 deliveries: Day 1, Day 3, Day 5
7 day cleanse // 4 deliveries: Day 1, Day 3, Day 5, Day 7
10 day cleanse // 5 deliveries: Day 1, Day 3, Day 5, Day 7, Day 9
14 day cleanse // 7 deliveries: Day 1, Day 3, Day 5, Day 7, Day 9, Day 11, Day 13

National Shipping

We ship Moon Dusts, Moon Pantry, Apothecary and select Cosmic Provisions products nationally.

National shipping rates are based on product weights and zip code. We believe FedEx provides our customers with the fastest, best shipping experience; therefore, we happily subsidize FedEx shipping rates to ensure the rates you see are as low as possible.

We do our best to process orders within 1-4 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-4 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All online orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

We currently ship all packages via FedEx and do not require signatures upon receipt. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available for a limited selection of products to France, Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia. Customers are responsible for any additional charges due to taxes and duties. Moon Juice is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
