As Social Content Specialist, you care about building community in social spaces and extending the reach of Moon Juice and our mission to make plant-based nourishment convenient and fun. The Social Media Specialist will draw on the vibe of Moon Juice while bringing a distinctive voice, a big-picture view of emerging media landscapes, and a strategic sensibility to a new era of digital growth and innovation.

The Social Content Specialist will facilitate and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You should have a strong social media management background to help manage daily content publication on our social platforms. And, you must be able to create compelling postings that will engage audiences and build loyal communities.

  • Develop and publish original daily content across multiple social and digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
  • Define owned, earned and paid content strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create and editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously optimize by analyzing social metrics, developing insights and leveraging best practices
  • Leverage social listening tools to optimize engagement and content
  • Cultivate and manage influencer program
  • Conceptualize, create, and edit real-time content (Facebook Live events, IG/Snapchat stories, etc)
  • Advise on emerging trends and launch new social media accounts as needed
  • Experience managing social content platforms, specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Tumblr

Moon Juice is looking for smart, energetic, health-focused individuals with managerial experience to join the family! The In-Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store with a focus on creating an excellent customer experience, staff development and financial results. They must have a full understanding of all store operations - inventory, ordering, employee relations, service standards, register/deposits, etc. They must be an excellent problem solver, communicator and motivator. The manager performs FOH duties with excellence and sets an example for their staff while working to set and reach new goals. The Store Manager reports directly to the Regional Retail Manager.

  • Ensure Moon Juice merchandising standards are followed and visual presentation of store is acceptable and consistent
  • Maintain a clean and appealing working and customer environment.
  • Deliver legendary customer service, resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Order appropriate amount of retail products and store supplies to support store operations
  • Possess knowledge of all products with commitment to ongoing education
  • Motivate and manage staff in order to create a high-performing team
  • Create weekly staff schedule, submit payroll, mange cash flow and variances
  • Track monthly results and trends for sales forecasting
  • Create and maintain a culture of care.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Must possess a California State food handlers card
  • Must have open availability, be willing to dedicate 40 hours per week to work and be available most weekend days.

Moon Juice is looking for a UI/UX designer obsessed with optimizing the e-commerce journey. You must understand how consumers interact with brands across digital and social platforms as well as stay on top of the ever-shifting digital marketing landscape. Responsibilities include designing all consumer-facing digital directives (email templates, digital marketing assets, etc. ) and overall customer experience. Must have a solid understanding of the e-commerce platform used to build our site (Shopify), Adwords, SEO, and best practices.
What you'll do:
  • Interface layout and design
  • Interaction design to bring products to life
  • Wireframes, prototyping, templates, and layouts
  • Work closely with marketing and development to optimize customer journey
  • User testing and personas
  • Design digital marketing assets including email and ads
  • Facilitate third-party app integrations
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize e-commerce performance
  • 3-5 years UI/UX experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working with Shopify/liquid preferred
  • Must be highly creative with an eye for detail
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable and logical executions

We are seeking a driven Customer Relationship Specialist to lead our customer service efforts and ensure that all customer needs are promptly addressed, while also proactively developing ideas that enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Own customer service communications across all channels including online, live chat, phone, etc.
  • Effectively manage multiple forms of communication with customers efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer inquiries and consistently collect and present relevant qualitative data: customer reviews, purchasing trends, and stories
  • Develop and execute strategies to nurture customer relationships that drive repeat purchases
  • Identify trends in customer service issues, suggest improvements, and consistently update the FAQ on website
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Take orders over the phone as needed and alert Director of Digital Strategy of any and all back-end errors
  • Keep records of dissatisfied customers and follow up to maintain a positive relationship with them
  • Create custom quotes, upsell, and take orders as needed
  • Must be able to communicate web functionality issues clearly
  • Work with E-Commerce manager to understand common website glitches
  • Troubleshoot and address customer checkout issues
  • Regularly communicate with shipping and fulfillment department regarding customer status of packages, local deliveries, customer cleanse timing preferences, and inventory
  • Educate shipping department on new package releases
  • Address customer service issues on social media platforms when applicable
  • 3+ years as customer service specialist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Mail, Google Docs, CRM software and willingness to research new software as needed. Experience using ZenDesk, Shopify and ShipStation a plus
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Superior listening and communication skills
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude over email, live chat and phone calls with a customer forward approach
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
