Almond Flour Cookies

Almond flour, chia, maple and raw vanilla combine to make protein rich cookies in 30 minutes. 

1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp of soaked and blended chia seeds, or 1 egg
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch vanilla

Mix together all ingredients.

Form into any shape and bake for 30 minutes at 350!
