We’re playing with a raw vanilla pastry dough recipe from #themoonjuicecookbook. We keep a large batch of dough in the freezer for impromptu “un-baking”. Today’s adventure was a tartelette filled with apple sauce made in the blender, garnished with raw granola, and finished with a coconut cream.
