MOON LOG RECIPE:

1 cup cacao

1/4 cup coconut oil

¼ cup honey or sweetener of choice

1/4 cup ghee

½ tsp Chyawanprash


Warm coconut oil on double boiler to liquid state, then remove from heat

Add and whisk in cacao and sweetener of choice until fully combined

Add ½ tsp of prash + ghee to chocolate molds and pour chocolate to fill mold. Harden in fridge for at least 20 minutes and store there for weeks
